Welcome to LabShine Auto Detailing (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your booking and use of our mobile auto detailing services (“Services”). By booking or receiving our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

LabShine Auto Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services including, but not limited to: interior detailing, exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, wheel and tire care, and complete detailing packages at the vehicle’s location. LabShine Auto Detailing

2. Acceptance of Terms

When you schedule or receive Services from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.

3. Booking & Payment

All Services must be booked via our website, phone, or other authorized booking channels.

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments. A processing fee may apply for card payments. LabShine Auto Detailing

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full Service amount unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Appointment Changes & Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment if done at least 24–48 hours in advance (specific time frame may be updated on booking confirmation).

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other operational reasons.

5. Customer Obligations

You must provide safe, legal access to the vehicle for detailing work.

Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.

Ensure adequate workspace and clear access where the vehicle is located.

Notify us of any mechanical issues, vehicle condition concerns, or special handling requests prior to service.

6. Risk & Liability

Detailing work is performed at your risk. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, mechanical issues, or damage that results from conditions beyond our control.

You agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in or on the vehicle.

We make reasonable efforts to protect your vehicle, but accidents can occur. Our liability for any claim related to service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

7. Service Times & Estimates

Time estimates provided are approximate; actual service time may vary based on vehicle condition and service type.

We do not guarantee specific completion times.

8. Weather & Service Conditions

Services may proceed in light rain at our discretion; severe weather may require rescheduling for safety and quality.

9. Warranty & Satisfaction

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the completed service, contact us within a reasonable time frame to address your concern.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be effective upon posting to our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas.
